"Bill and I made our first trip today to the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital. It was a long, exhausting session, that started at about 2pm and lasted until about 5:30pm.
In the long run we learned a lot and we left with a feeling of energy and hope.
Your strength sustains us, dear friends, and we love you more than you'll ever know."

I am so comforted to know that you left feeling more hopeful and energized. Thank heaven for this Blog, otherwise I would have to park outside your house and wait for any new details! I was heartened to read in this blog that you were going to get to go to the cottage this weekend. I certainly hope that panned out for you. ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear that the first difficult appointment at the Odette CC is over, and that despite the exhaustion of a long day and no doubt and overload of information, that there is optimism and energy at the end!
